Steamed Sponge Pud
When was the last time you had steamed pudding? Before I started experimenting with a low sugar/low carb version recently, the last time for me was probably decades ago.

Banana Cheesecake
Here’s a great festive contender. I’d normally gird my loins to make cheesecake. Cheesecake prep is is synonymous with faff and fuss in my mind, and yet there’s no denying it’s a crowd pleaser. Warm Banana Comfort Pud

Yacon syrup is a win win natural sweetener in my opinion. It contains sugars called fructoligosaccharides that are not digested by the body, so they don’t effect blood sugars in the way other natural syrups do, such as coconut nectar and maple syrup. Just a tablespoon or two of yacon syrup is enough to add that extra woo hoo! to a fruit crumble or baked fruit. Read more
